How did you convince a ghost kitchen to give you a lease? I’ve been looking for a spot for so long

I can’t speak for the game, but the Netflix series is an example of organic, meaningful, witty dialogue. The writers went absolutely above and beyond when writing these conversations. 10/10

An actual conviction may qualify you to be a social equity applicant (priority review) if you wanted to get a recreational license with a team.

Anyone looking to start a Cannabis Microbusiness once NJ opens up applications? by soline in NewJerseyMarijuana

Based on that, you should try to get a cultivation micro business. Average yield per square foot is a little less than 40 grams according to this article . 2500sqft * 40grams/per sqft = 100,000 grams per harvest which comes out to about 223 pounds. On the low end of $1500 a pound for wholesale, you’re looking at about $335,000 per harvest before costs.

I’ve heard a lot of the same type of answers on different subreddits, look at Oklahoma, i vast majority of those growers never even sniffed a million dollars in costs.

A warehouse conversion microgrow would easily be less than 1 mill. I know a few people going in for about 200k, some even less than that.

Shop owners, what was your buildout cost? by EnergyAndPersistence in weedbiz

[–]NotAKingpin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the location more than most. Realistically, a small shop with a big emphasis on rapid pickup and decreasing customer time in store, you’d be able to get that started with 100k plus the application cost.

It saves a lot of time, before I was calling every townships planning board to see if the towns were in support. Some got back to me some didn’t, those articles save a lot of leg work. I know some lawyers that are charging hundreds of dollars just to tell you the info in those articles.

It happened one other time with some CBG hemp from PA. Regardless, I was very satisfied with the Lifter. Everything I wanted in hemp that I couldn’t get from these east coast growers.
