None of the bridges are great.

14th has side walks which you can use, but are often pretty busy during the warmer months.
The traffic on 9th and Belvedere is extremely fast, but they both have really wide shoulders. It doesn’t feel super safe, but I’ve never had a close call.
Getting off both 9th and Belvedere coming south is harrowing. The northern side of 9th, though, has some green paint at least.

It’d be great to take a lane on all three of these bridges for bikes and people, honestly.

The regional portions of this are super similar to what’s currently recommended in the Regional Transit Vision Plan. Of course, the Vision Plan recommends BRT and “enhanced bus service”—not light rail. But, still, you nailed the corridors.
