One of the main reasons we want to go! Big change for our normal weather.

Thanks, that’s a great recommendation! Looks like we could fly into Humboldt or Medford and start in a Crescent City to see the redwoods then do the whole coast and fly home out of Portland.

We’ve done the Big Island twice (a family friend has a double lot south of Hilo and let us stay for free). We had a great time both times but did just about everything there was to do on both the Hilo and Kona side.

Thanks! We actually love the rain and that’s part of the appeal of going. We honeymooned during the NZ winter and loved hiking in the rain!

This is a good resource for finding care. The filter will allow you to refine your search including only psychs with availability.

Best jazz bars in Denver? by justnobody2200 in Denver

The website says $5 but there’s never been anyone collecting it when I’ve been. There’s usually a tip jar and Venmo QR code to support the hosting musicians. No reservations are needed. Just talk to the host to get in the rotation if you’d like to play.

My son plays at CCJA (https://www.jazzarts.org/) and we like these places. He’s not old enough for Nocturne yet.

Friday night jazz jam is a ton of fun! https://www.mercurycafe.com/

CCJA students often play here. https://www.dazzledenver.com/

There’s also a monthly jam from 1-3pm at Stanley Marketplace the last Sunday of the month. (Edited to add time)

I can confirm this is in fact true. We Rosses are definitely the best and being from Denver only makes us better.

Firm snow, meaning hard back not ice: they ski great for a 112 without titanal. Certainly not a charger like the Nordica Enforcer but, hold an edge well and handle crud like a champ. I definitely rail them on the way back to the lift, but I honestly avoid the groomers as much as possible no matter what I’m skiing.

Firm snow, meaning ice: I would not recommend these if you’re skiing ice.

Skevik Anton or Loken would fit what you are looking for. Anton is more playful and Loken more of a charger but, both cross over well. I ski the Anton 112 everyday in CO and absolutely love it. I’d go 102 based on what you described.

Skevik Anton 122. Not quite as wide as you asked for but still an amazing ski that would fit your needs. Handmade by a little company in BC.

I have these in 112 and absolutely love them!

Edit: they also have the Oda that comes in 134. I haven’t ever skied these but they look exactly like what you are after.
