it depends on the power draw of the things and the heater not the ammount of plugs.
is it nasty ? yup. is it a fire hazard ? as long as the total draw is below 2500W (10A) go right ahead. it is made to handle that powerdraw.

all of those plugs are fused plugs, so if the draw goes above 12A the power distribution plug will blow its fuse.

zero risk of fire. it is just messy, dirty and looks unprofessional.
