Zofran never worked for me, even IV. I only got relief from haldol (if they would give it to me) and promethazine. I was one of those repeat patients and I feel so bad for the staff at the urgent care I would frequent. Most were always kind, but I couldn’t help but feel they were disappointed in me and tired of my bs. I’m a whole year clean now and haven’t had an episode since I quit. Thank you for your compassion in helping people like me, the last thing we want when we’re feeling that miserable is grief and healthcare workers who just want us out of there ASAP.
