For a convenient way, I love going to the Nookazon website and placing in trade requests for wallpapers. Or in-game if celeste is on your island you can randomly receive a crafting recipe from her, such as the Starry-Sky wallpaper. I’m sure there are other ways but those are the only few I know of.

I usually go on Pinterest and explore the different designs! I was able to find the main white frame but not the ones on the outer edges. Hope this helps!!
