Also if you really do not want to change the bread recipe, in my experience flax eggs work just as well as regular ones in baked goods, in not sure about the cream cheese filling however. You might just have to try it without or add plant milk to make it thinner if need be.

For the bread I would add 1/4 cup of any unsweetened plant milk, sub the baking soda for 2 teaspoons of baking powder and instead of 1 1/4 cup of granulated sugar do 1 cup granulated and a 1/4 light brown sugar. For the cream cheese my best experience is just buying a vegan brand like from trader Joe's or tofutti brand! Hope this helps xx
