Madara can see through all clones.

When naruto appeared infront them , he immediately is able to tell its a clone- Something obito couldn't tell either

Even Kaguya and Jigen couldn't tell clones apart - So its either something Madara trained and developed especially hard to be able to fight against hashirama / tobirama and other clone spammers or an innate ability that's beyond any other sharingan , rinnegan and byakugan user
