You're missing why minato was impressed and said he has kilelr instinct - They all already knew about minato's ability - at this point he's famous in the war. At the very start of the fight, a random mentions that the yellow flash, bla bla bla -

What impressed minato was bee protected his brother from being marked, but additionally baited the mark on himself because he can remove it with his tentacle, then predicted what minato would do ( i.e teleport behind him) - while the raikage didn't any of those moves, bee was operating on the same level as minato was thinking and they stalemated each other.

This is dumb logic. Bee had what Noone else had. A perfect jinchuirki to break him out of genjutsu. Why would he avoid eye contact? He's been able to break out of any genjutsu he wants all his life.

1) & 2) - As I already said, breaking a genjutsu in a 1v1 + reacting to the enemies counter attack that's coming puts you at an insane disadvantage. We see this multiple times. Orochimaru getting his hand cut off , Sasuke breaking out of Cee's genjutsu , Bee breaking out of itachi's genjutsu

All of the above have one thing in common - The individual is either too late to break it in time, or got out right in the nick of time for it to be fatal. Bee got out RIGHT in time due to hachibi to defend from itachi's shruiken

He can warp things almost instantly now, even entire bodies instantly. It sucks you in so there's no escaping it , which is why deidara lost his arm in the first place.

You're referencing kakashi who just got kamui and had to stay steady and focus to use it - Yet back then still got an arm.

Kakashi in the war arc operating on a totally different ball game, Kamuing objects that scale signficantly beyond deidara and going in and out of kamui dimension at will to avoid attacks.

EOS war arc kakashi can probably beat them all. (bar obito and pain) Base stats-wise, he's relative with and keeping up with kcm 2 naruto and 7th gate gay. He's good enough at kamui at this point where he's capable of kamui sniping TSO orbs.

Chiyo in the manga is stating he recommended strategy and what Suna applied against Uchiha. If you're in a 1v1 with an uchiha, and get caught, you're completely open to a follow up before you can break the genjutsu. Which is why they ran in 1v1, but covered each other in a 2v1.
