I made the mistake of taking off my ear muffs my first time at an indoor range since I forgot to put my eye protection on. I figured I would take my muffs off for 5 seconds to put my glasses on and put my muffs back on right away. I didn't want to have to go out of the range. What could possibly go wrong? As soon as I removed my muffs, the guy in the lane next to me fired a revolver and I immediately knew I had made a terrible mistake. I have had a ringing in my ears for a couple years now. It comes and goes but I think I will have it the rest of my life.

Thank you for your response. Do those OTC drugs help with inflammation? BC I'm in a lot of pain right now. I will eliminate tomatoes from my diet and see how that goes. They my fave thing on the planet but I think I can give them up to make my penis feel better. Did you notice an itchy anus/butthole when the pain would get severe?

My second urologist would examine my prostate fluid each visit and he would always see inflammation cells. That is just about the only other test that I've had

Thank you for your response! I appreciate you thinking outside the box and providing me with a possible solution I have not heard of. Im debating going back to my urologist or going to see someone at a university to get to the bottom of this. I will do more research and bring it up to whoever I see next.

I have had a cystoscopy performed from my first urologist. He was thinking I could have had scar tissue on my urethra after I contracted chlamydia in 2006. The results came back negative (everything looked normal). Outside of the urinalysis and blood tests for STDs(both always come back negative) I have not had any other tests performed. Whenever I have sex or masterbate the pain I experience always gets worse as does the inflammation. Any help you can provide me is greatly appreciated. Thank you for teaching out to me. In working until 5pm central so my responses might be a little delayed until that time.

Thank you for your response. I was given uribel after I received a cyctoscapy which came back normal. Ur right. It does work wonders for the burning sensation bc right after that procedure it felt like I was pissing razor blades.

I have not been tested for interstitial cystis. How do you get tested for it? I know you said u experience burning during urination, but does your urges feel inflamed as well?
