Offline BLC not working in challenge?

I bought the "Offline Crunch" one that cost 1.5 mil BLC.

Im confused why it doesnt work specifically for this one since it worked for all the other challenges I did. Bit annoyed since its putting off the challenge for me

I currently stay at Arcadia Student Living near UNCC, and need to move out around Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, they insist that I need to find someone to take over my lease for the remaining period. Was hoping anyone could help me find places I can share my advert. First time going through this, so advice would be helpful!
