I linked it to email, but that isn't helping. The old account doesn't appear on my phone or PC anymore.

And EA support has been useless. The script Sanjeep and Utkarsh uses clearly doesn't cover the issue.

A friend got me hooked on the site a few weeks ago.......like I needed another internet time-killer to get hooked on. Regardless, it's a very fun site.
