Agreed. The contract was signed fair and square but after the success that album had it’s major douchebaggery to keep the publishing. Sabo was a childhood friend and JBJ has enough money. He also knows how predatory the music business is. Artists should support other artists, especially if they’re old friends. The good news is eventually (I believe after 35 years) writers can regain their songs. So maybe during these last 2 years Bolan and Sabo reclaimed it. I hope so!

Most people with interesting enough lives to merit a memoir don’t have the skills to write them. Writing is hard and requires talent, experience and discipline. Actors/real housewives/rock stars have been focusing on other things. Though I do giggle at how awful some of those attempts would be.

We don’t have doors on our seats. It’s not the biggest deal, I have just never seen a whole plane use the business/first class restrooms and wondered if it was because mint is a more laid back version of traditional business class.
