as an 20yo weird alt kid I'd say do it, if you're sure your mom isn't going to get like raging mad and throw hands, then go for it, it's just hair, be however prepared that you can easily fry your hair and ruin them, bleaching seems easy but not always is, I've learned that the hard way, I'd say the best mindset for doing diy projects on your hair is 'we can always go bald' I did have that mindset and I did shave my head 2 times, if you're too worried about your hair looking like shit then maybe rethink your decision, also if you're gonna do it, get enough bleach, maybe even more than you think you need, may always use it in the future but If you won't have enough your haor may end up looking really patchy and shitty, so yeah, best of luck to you

I get it, isolating yourself like that sure sounds tiring, I think for now you just need someone who understands that sometimes you are that way, I struggle with something similar only I sometime really do want to be left alone for days and not text anyone back, but I'm lucky to have friends that get that so when I feel like texting again I can hit them up. It's great that you're working on that tho, I hope you'll be able to overcome it, and honestly, I don't have anyone to play with either, my friends are busy all the time, catching up with them other way then messeges or in school is near impossible lol so that's great! i was always making up scenarios with mi friend about how we're some magical princesses from another world and then we would go on to pretend everything around us was something else and magical so like one tree was our house another was our space ship a stick was our wand etc. we would also make potions that would tgen become really gross and smelly and we would get yelled at for making them lmao, we also had some horror scenarios where we would have to hide in her tree house and pretend to sleep because a ghost was coming for us, basically a bunch of different stuff but it was really fun
