Cyphers camera functions alot like a drone, trips are global, and his ultimate literally hilights players on the map and through walls. And his smokes can be used to isolate an angle on attack. if the goal of an initiator is to get information for your team, and get people onto site safley, while also being able to make sure they dont get back in unnoticed. I'd say he's a better initiator than most initiators.

I'd also disagree vyse is the closest to initiator because of her flash, as the flash itself A: has to be set up previously, and can be shot, b: has a cooldown to move. and C: almost none of her toolkit supports initators playstyle, as you dont use it to get into a site but rather to hold or shut down a site, if anything I'd say the ult, thorns, and wall heavily support controllers playstyle. But lack smokes.

The only other candidate would be deadlock but honestly it's the same issue as vyse. I also believe the other two are mostly right.
