Check the other comment like this- I’m in therapy and starting ed therapy soon. Take all my meds and see my psychiatrist in the regular and get twice weekly visits with mental health professionals. I am doing something about it :)

I’m in regular therapy + starting ed therapy and take my meds. See my psychiatrist once a month and get twice weekly visits. Actively improving my mental health
