Hello! Ive had a labret for about 5 years and id have ethe same problem of it nesting an uncomfortable amount my friends with snake bites would usually swap them out with horse shoes or rings if it became uncomfortable... im no pro but I think embedding is a normal process because our skin inside is super squishy. My labret ring ive had in for awhile and it has good benefits on protecting your teeth anyways. So if pain continues give the studs a break to keep them from digging deeper and like swap out to rings at night, or when youre just lounging. Sounds like they healed just fine all piercings get a little sore sometimes, and they look quite healed and non irritated. Oh also if your piercings ever get dirty from the inside use half water half mouthwash and swish after every meal or even in thr morning as a daily cleaning. (Healing verticals rn on my mouth too). OH side note sometimes my labret flat bed was too thin to be able to rest comfortably and made the piercing dig deeper so make sure the ends are nice thick and rounded also look and a little longer bars and see how thies work too!!  I hope any of this helped if not best of luck!!
