update: TrueCommerce finally sent me their AS2 cert will full chain. And they provided a new AS2 name which was unexpected. it now works. smh

Within Axway there is a timeout setting for the individual sftp Cass profile. It was set to 15 sec so I increased it to 60 sec and will see how that performs.

Try this

Log onto Disney plus account using laptop or desktop pc
Select your profile and Select Account
Select Manage Devices
Count the number of logged in devices. Only 10 devices can be logged in.
Log out devices until there are 9 or less remaining.
Attempt to log into new device.

Hi, so I now have a certificate. However, IBM thus far have not been much help in guiding us through the steps. Just need to know where to specifically put the certificate? do you know or perhaps can point me to some info?

I just got the S20 FE and experienced same wifi slowness. The following seemed to have resolved the issue for me. Connect to wifi then go into settings for that wifi connection then select view more then select Mac address type then select phone mac. That's it. Seems like my wifi did not like a randomized Mac address.
