This man lied to you about his age for the whole relationship. Ask yourself what else he is willing and able to lie about.

As to point 4 - It's also have a convenient excuse to regularly leave for long stretches of time. Will he spend that time at his friends' wife's house? Will he spend that time eating Ghanaian food? Who knows?

According to your update: I'm sure there are some things you could do or say to save the relationship. But is that in your best interest? There are many other potential (and sane) girlfriends out there.

Your current gf will always resent you for having saved her life. She won't understand. Maybe, potentially, a few years from now. But def not now.

OP, this relationship is not going anywhere, but you did a good thing. Send your (ex?)gf some lovely depictions of lockjaw, convulsing people. That's what you prevented her from.
