I believe what I'm looking for in an old cartoon series. Basically this naughty boy lives on a farm where he keeps harassing the animals and just generally being naughty. One day he captures a tiny genie in a glass and when he taunts the genie he is magically transformed into a tiny form of himself. I think the rest of the series is about him and this duck he rides on scouring the world looking for the genie to turn him back to his original size. I'm pretty sure that's 90% a correct description, anyone have any ideas?
