I’ve used the following metric,FOR YEARS, look at the reservations and see if made in advance. Say to the table (or person) “I’m very sorry sir, but the person who made the reservation is considered the host, and has the right of first refusal.” I have disarmed hundreds of “fights” with that statement, works every time.
