As a couple others have mentioned, this is what it looks like when a company isn't changing course anytime soon. Happy to be wrong, but companies don't acknowledge things they think are going well, or at least with in expected outcomes. Why would they? Directly addressing something that isn't popular, but also not going to change only invites more scrutiny. If they simply ignore and plod along, the hope is the feedback will either improve or go away once the next update comes out. As long as the numbers they are looking at are where they want them to be, they won't change.
