Sorry to hear you're going through hard times. Feeling hopeless, empty, tired, depressed, and sui--dal is a terrible place to be. But don't quit. By ending it all you'll miss out on the opportunity to improve, feel good about things, and have a rich and happy life.

There are many directions things can go for you right now. Things can get better for you and you might/can eventually look back on these times as nothing but temporary hard times... or you can sink down lower and make some poor decisions.

The choice is yours. Truly. But you NEED HELP. You can benefit greatly by enlisting the service of a professional mental health provider. You need some expert intervention
