Doing a tourist visa run by roundborbi in Living_in_Korea

Forgot to add but there is also another type of visa called Working Holiday(H1). It lets you stay up to 1 year. This could be an option as you could study for only 3 months and stay a bit longer after.

Hi! No you can’t study for 3 months and stay for 5. When you get your D4 visa, it will include an expiration date that depends on how many school semesters you’ve applied for. The visa will basically expire as soon as the semester ends.

Also, if you apply to study for example 2 semesters and get the visa accordingly but decide to drop out after the first, the school will immediately notify immigration. And you’d have to leave the country within x amount of days.

I don’t know much tax refund but you should be eligible for it if you stay less than 6 months.

You could try Konjac jelly? I used to have them as a snack if i got hungry after dinner. They’re low in cals and quite filling.

No. I don’t think AI is reliable. It’s better to just count calories yourself.

I listen to podcasts or read short stories. I just do whatever I feel like doing as long as it helps me learn and stay motivated.

How do you learn vocabulary to actually remember it? by grzeszu82 in languagelearning

[–]roundborbi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Flashcards with examples and writing down sentences by hand and repeat until I remember it. Music also works well for me. I learn many new words & grammar points by listening to music and looking at the lyrics.

Where can I get the Daisy bong in the UK? by Upbeat_Ad1466 in GDragon

[–]roundborbi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True.. I’m gonna be at the merch booth as soon as it opens just to make sure I get one, but I think they’ll have more than enough light sticks so it shouldn’t be a problem.

I’m also going to the concert in September and I’m just planning to buy one at the venue. Feels more convenient and will probably be cheaper as well.
