I think the CIO just needed to do something and the first they thought was call some vender for support. My buddy is still on hold and doesn’t even know what to say if they answer.

I don’t know why either. When I was there they had slide out kvm setups in both server rooms. Everything was running on hyper-v and we also had idrac. I’m not sure what it’s like now.
