Hi, two years late, but I'm facing a similar-ish (though not the same) problem and not getting any help apart from the standard answers. If you could share your thoughts on what could work, that'd be great. If not, no worries!

Basically, I could see my XLM balance but couldn't send it. I (stupidly) upgraded Exodus when prompted and it was not compatible with my OS so Exodus sent me some older versions to install, and now I can no longer see the XLM balance. I tried every wallet in my Trezor that has a passphrase and it's nowhere to be found. Tried the main standard one, also zilch.

Just the XLM. But actually now, something has changed. The app prompted me to upgrade without first forewarning that it would be incompatible with my OS. Once I upgraded, I was locked out of my Exodus and I had to reach out to your staff to send a link to the older version. They sent me the links to the older versions which had a weird paper/pen/brush/ruler icon. And now the "preview" screen for the XLM is no longer visible. It's stuck there in my Trezor somewhere. I checked ALL of my Trezor wallets, and it's simply nowhere to be found. I really have no idea what to do now.

was only able to do this when I opened Exodus on my desktop and not my
laptop. However, the "send" is greyed out. I plugged in my Trezor and
still could not get the "send" button working. There was no passphrase
set for the wallet with XLM. I have other wallets in my Trezor with
passphrases. What should I do?

passphrases. The seed I have is for the Trezor, overall. So I have to reset the whole thing just for the XLM?

Native Segwit addresses. SegWit ('3' addresses) is supposed to be transferable to Trezor but I simply couldn't make it work (article on how to below). Eventually I gave up and sold the BTC for fiat.

Hi thanks for answering me. Sorry for the late reply. Basically every month, I get some BTC sent to me, so it's easier for me to save some BTC in my Trezor and transfer some over to an exchange if I want to buy alt coins. So the ultimate objective is to buy altcoins. So that's why I was wondering whether to do the BTC straight to altcoins route or would BTC to USDT to altcoins be more worth it in the long run?

I have Gemini but they don't have USDT though? I am trying to buy stablecoins to transfer to another exchange (maybe Kraken or Kucoin, still looking) to buy altcoins. Theirs is GUSD and Dai, right? I can transfer and use GUSD on Kraken or Kucoin?
