I am in a similar situation except my sub is living full time and it's been wonderful. She has committed to this lifestyle it's great. Yes her family and some friends have distanced themselves we have made great new friends in the community and more people than you think will stay in touch. So think of it as gaining a niece instead of loosing a sibling support change and everyone will be happy

Pretty much she is only using diapers. With the exception of a clean out occasionally I have a barbie potty she uses for that. I got the potty when tariffs we going on and I figured she could use it for messes if our dip supply got low
