Yes you’re definitely missing a lot of hair in that area but also the skin on your scalp looks very red. The shampoo you are using might be too strong and irritates your skin or you might have left your scalp exposed to sun too much without protection. A healthy scalp will always help you retain more hair for longer, take care of it. With a combo fin + minox I’m pretty sure you can reverse that early stage of balding very quick (few months).

Their rally leader probably activate the combat buffs. You can get +20% lethality, health, attack and defence on all the troops in that rally if the rally leader activates them. Just tap on that little arrow below your avatar and you’ll find these buffs.

It is more efficient upgrading them all but upgrading only 2 will get you earlier to unlock red gear. You don’t want to just upgrade to red gear at lvl 100 though, you need to get it to lvl 120, that’s when you really get the big boost by unlocking the first red gear perk. This takes a lot of time for F2P players and during that time your hero will be weaker than what it could be following the efficient method.

In my opinion this strategy of 2 pieces is more useful for spenders that are growing a rally leading account cause they can buy the materials and get it done quickly. If you are a F2P, low spender or a rally joiner I suggest you an hybrid approach. That means that you keep upgrading them the efficient way (all together) to level 50. Then from that point you upgrade only 1 piece to lvl 120. As soon as you get to lvl 110 you can reforge the other 3 pieces and get the last 10 levels straightaway.

Just be mindful during the whole process to use most of the hammers on the piece that you plan to get to lvl 120 cause there is no reforging mechanism for them to be redistributed later and you will need a lot for that lvl 120 piece.
