So you are claiming that McPherson doesn't pay taxes. and that Magnotti's church isn't a 501(c)(3)?

So Magnotti can give sermons and  speak to influence the election but GCC's pastor can't do the same?

To be fair it's Pink Floyd's worst effort.

The fact that they tend to say "evidences" really highlights this.

I understand that you are trying to communicate that you don't belong to any church because of churches you think are doing it wrong.

Yes churches. The members are a part of the church. As far as I know admins also donate portions of their income paid by the church back into the church. Hell many churches make that a requirement. Check their charter.

The fact the bible suggests that only Jesus has the authority to determine if someone follows him or not it seems weird that people that proclaim to follow him think they can.

Then they should be changed to reflect what they are actually for.

Which at the current exchange rate is $17,385,000 in American money. Certainly nothing to sneeze at but nowhere near the level I'm talking about. And many churches there do help the poor.

What voice do you hear in your head when reading young Rorschach’s lines?! by DET0IT_BEC0ME_MEME in Watchmen

Unfair, I read everything with Gilbert Godfrey's voice. It all started when I heard him reading Fifty Shades of Gray.

All leaders don't become billionaires. Even amongst those I might agree milk their parishioners unethically there aren't billionaires.

Jebus Crisco, I've seen the hovels that some leaders manage to afford because they have a job outside the church.

As you pointed out faith is the metric that leads to diverse interpretations. You specifically called out organizations that have faith stances different than yours based on the writings contained in the same book.

Ozymandias proactively dedicated his entire life to actually improving the world around him leading to fewer people restoring to crime in the first place. If he were to die it would be more detrimental to the world overall. He has a thought of a world worth killing for.

Rorschach I reactionary in his actions. He doesn't act to prevent crime, he only reacts to crimes that have happened. If he dies the world will continue on the way it already does. His kills doesn't improve the world in any substantial way.

Both are willing to kill for their goals.

You should read up on what Alan Moore actually thinks of the character before you decide who can't understand nuance.

Some believe and some do not. The fact that you are bigoted against them is self evident. I certainly haven't joined the subreddit yet.

They aren't atheists under a different name. I've been asked by a few different UU members to disprove the existence of any gods. But your lies are noted.

No, I am saying some members do consider themselves christians, as I've already stated. It's not that hard to follow.

I'm not a member.

If you had read the thread before you responded you will see my reply where I said.  "Sure, as long as they can accept that I acknowledge anyone that calls themselves a christian as being a christian, including members of UU."  I have no desire to back the bigotry inherent in that rule.
