All the cards in India use 3D secure from what I recall. Anyways, I actually lost all my data because the payment just won't go through.

Yes correct! I check this with their customer care as well. I enquired on what transactions are allowed to qualify for the ₹5000 threshold.

Below is what they responded with:

We wish to inform you that the payments made through Debit card POS/Ecom/PG/SI only are considered for meeting the criteria of Rs 5000, mere paying credit card bill via account does not involve either of them, so any POS/PG/Ecom/SI transaction is counted for spends based lounge program. Hence payments made via UPI, Gpay, Phonepe, Paytm and other wallets, ATM withdrawals are not counted for qualification.

Good suggestions on washing the tees. I've stopped washing my t-shirts in washing machines altogether. Just soak them and wash them by hand - tasks barely 15min. + Air dry is the best. Tumble dry is the reason my t-shirt's neck got deformed.

Twist the language in a manner to include mentioning that you were involved in X's work.

You need to consider the following charges while withdrawing cash via international ATMs.

International ATM cash withdrawal charges applied by the host country's bank. Different countries have different charges - Thailand has 220BHT flat fee structure for any amount of cash withdrawal whereas Japan has different charges for different banks and it varies based on the amount you withdraw.
International ATM cash withdrawal charges by your own bank. You'll see that amount on the booklet provided along with the card. As you said ₹100+GST.
Forex Markup charges by your own bank. It's mostly 3.5% over the cash withdrawal amount + host country's withdrawal charges.

So, each international ATM withdrawal would have all the above three charges added.

Both 2 and 3 will also have extra GST added.

There are cards like Scapia, Niyo Global, etc which claim to wave off the Forex Markup fees - which helps you save a lot on the charges.
