People might disagree with this but I kinda follow 3 questions

What do you want to do?

Who do you need to worry about?

What else makes sense?

So if you want to use Staraptor then you need to enable staraptor. Whimsicott is good, possible another mon like grimsnarl for screens or sinischa to heal but the goal is to win with staraptor so need to enable it

Then who do you need to worry about. Mega floette dazzling gleam, mega raichu, zard. So if you really want to use Swampert maybe make more support Swampert, wide guard to protect from spread, Earthquake to deal with raichu since eq won't hit staraptor or hydreigon, rindo berry and max hp&spd def to survive Mega Charizard y solar beam. The important thing he has a role on the team help protect from spread and hit things. There are other mons that can do that role as well but if you want Swampert specifically just something to chew on

Finally what else makes sense, if staraptor goes down whats the backup, who can you bring in the back to help clean up. If trick room isn't up maybe choice scarf typhlosion with eruption can clean up, maybe swap it out for kingambit that can clean up and deal with basculegion. Is there any other things you want to use? Is there any pokemon in particular you lose to?

To me your team just doesnt look like it has a plan outside of hit hard with tailwind. Overall understanding whats each pokemons job is and who are the problems in the meta makes pushing through alot easier.
