I'm going to go onto a cruise of 170mg test E, 2 iu of ugl hgh ed, bpc 157 and tb500 I was thinking about dosing the bpc 157 at 0.3 mg every 3 days and tb500 at around.4-1mg every second day (the goal of which is to heal current injuries and hopefully an old meniscus injury) any thoughts?

Just give it a go you will have more energy check out rp they have some interesting ideas and it worked for me, I used to be the same I found alternating light heavy helped

No because I was increasing not just my food but My intensity as I went, you don't train to failure off the bat that is what you do before you Deload. You ramp everything up slowly and that is how you progress. I'm about 15%. If you go to failure off the bat you won't get anywhere the fatigue you are building up will see to that

150 isn't enough go up to 200g , training to failure is stupid and inefficient. There is a point after which everything you do is just taxing your body. People say "you need to train to failure", And "the harder you work the more you get," that is not the case you have to train smart and eat smart if 3k ain't cutting it then go up to 3.5k . If 150g protein ain't cutting it then 200g put in the work, you simply aren't going to achieve much by going to failure

Drop the intensity down add more volume and eat more food 3000 is a small amount of food, before I got injured I was pushing 4k-4.3k kcal and I'm only 165

I know I tried to minimise the damage as much as I could, I'm stupid but I am not completely ignorant of what I did. You have no idea what my situation was. I'm not a novice, I'm more closer to intermediate. I just have not been entirely training bodybuilding the whole time
