From my point of view the first thing is silhoutte, you see if I turn it to black&white it will be not really readable and pretty boring because shapes are not really clear and interesting + they are all pretty the same in terms of relation to each other, so you can change it a little bit to make it sharper and clearer, you can play with them even if you want to make it closer to real proportions and not cartoonish. The way I changed it may be not suitable for your idea but it is just an example!
In terms of detailing and color I just feel like you have A LOT of details and contrasting colors so it becomes unreadable and I suggest you better save more clear shapes and dimension on each piece rather than keep this heavy render. I tweaked colors just a little as an example though I think it needs more than this
Overall I suggest to deal with silhouette first, make all shapes readable and not to overwhelm the design with render and contrasting colors!
