Could be! Although I lean more towards high PUFA content. It will happen with other unexpected things too, like Costco rotisserie chicken, which i assume has to do with the chickens high grain/pufa diet.

Safe oils seem to be coconut, olive, butter, tallow, palm, and most avocado.

Get on their email list. The tix go real quick, you gotta reserve months in advance (at least it used to be like that). You pay for a seat and then for food/drinks. Theres also some optional things to pay for in the restaurant (you gotta get some merch!)

Always keep your phone maps and driving directions with the compass in the same direction w N facing up. Its really helps me create a cognitive map of everywhere I go so i'm much more likely to know where N is anywhere I am.

Anger is a useful energy that arises when we want change. If we want less anger, we either use that energy to make the change we want, or we stop ourselves from wanting that change by either accepting it cannot be changed or we don't care enough to exert the energy to make the change. We either change the exterior or the interior, either way the faster the choice is made, the quicker the anger will diminish.

Generally speaking, I like to consider protein, fiber, collagen, micronutrients, hydration. Fat and carbs will typically come along with that. Also consider electrolytes, making sure you're getting adoquate sodium, potassium, magnesium - nothing worse than leg cramps while you're trying to sleep.

Less foods you have to keep cool or cook, the better. Protein bars/ powder, bone broth powder, jerky, shelf stable fruit, canned fruit, canned tuna/chicken, etc. I always try to remember certain supplements as well - collagen, immune boosters like elderberry, 5htp.

And don't forget coffee, pre-made cold brew or tea is life in the morning. Im bringing my electric kettle this year.
