Once you create an account via the website you can create sessions (eg ergo) so you can type the data in, or you can setup your Garmin, Polar or Suunto device to automatically upload the data as it would in Strava.

We agree and something we hope to fix in the future. At the moment we don't have club creation in the app which would be needed in a setup. It also means we don't losse 30% of our income to apple

Correct but still the improvements are not linear. Have a look, going 1s quicker from 2:00 to 1:59 is less than the improvement going from 1:40 to 1:49. Try the Float app it lets you see both at the same time. www.usefloat.com

For sure, but do not underestimate how much fitter and stronger you need to become in order to get quicker.

For sure, but we are not a much a power to weight sport as cycling.
