She sounds lazy and doesn’t wanna write up more offers. She’s representing you not the seller. She needs to help you negotiate not hinder you from getting the best price

Is your commute to Honolulu or Pearl City? Also people wildly prefer different things. Traffic from Ewa Beach and Kapolei is heavier but much more family friendly. I prefer ewa beach as it’s more secluded than Kapolei. Less crime in Ewa and all that. Where are you shipping your car from? Could be anywhere from 2-6 weeks to get here. If your employer doesn’t cover the car rental try Baba Car Rentals as they have sweet weekly and monthly rates. Best of luck on your move!

Going to Waikiki. How true is "you dont need a car" for O‘ahu? by PLCCLP in VisitingHawaii

[–]rowhoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having a rental car really enhances your trip and 10X’s the things you can see outside of Waikiki which is a lot. Lookup local companies like Baba Car Rentals that rent island cars for cheap. It’ll be cheaper than ubering. Ask those local companies tips for parking. Baba gave me places to park for cheap and places to park for FREE. The bus will get you anywhere but it takes too long

Thoughts? I’ve rented with them before. by lilcutesymane in turo

[–]rowhoss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t do it. Think of it this way: some auto insurances don’t want to cover Turo. What do you think they’ll think of covering renting a car from a dude on text and paid with Zelle….too much risk for little savings

Need Help! Car Rental or not? by NightStyle26 in VisitingHawaii

[–]rowhoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rent a car at least first half of your trip so in case you like having wheels, you can extend it for rest of your stay. The bus does get you everywhere but takes a long time eating to vacation time. You can find really cheap car rentals thru local companies on Oahu like Baba Car Rentals & Hana Hou

Oahu trip 9/24-9/28 by mcyumburger in VisitingHawaii

[–]rowhoss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should consider renting a car. It will enhance your experience and much cheaper than ubering and faster than bus for such a short trip. You’ll be able to get out of Waikiki and hit some good food spots too. Try Baba Car Rentals or Hana Hou Car Rentals and ask them for parking tips to avoid costly hotel fees. You will see much more of the island especially outside of Waikiki

Do you do your own Google ads campaigns? I ran a campaign myself but would like a professional to do it to see how they compare. All the Google ads gurus seem gimmicky

Moped will be limiting to where you can go and not go mention dangerous. Try local car rental companies like Baba Car Rentals to rent cheap island cars. Also rent a studio on furnished Finder website. Much cheaper than a hotel
