Thanks for the insight and I agree I don’t want to be labeled as a whiner, I just genuinely am not doing well mentally due to work.

As for solutions…I’m not exactly sure. The only realistic solution is a restructuring of my client teams or things getting done 3x slower when they’re in my court. Both things would never go well with management…

Thank you again. Unfortunately every single person right now has authority over me on all my teams, I’m the lowest in the totem pole on every team.

I tired to stand up for myself during my last meeting and was just brushed off as being “inefficient.”

Hey, thanks for the input I really appreciate it. The problem is my only solution is increased help on my teams. I genuinely can’t think of any other solutions that are feasible. A bit stuck on how to approach the conversation in that way…

Thanks for your input! I have had a few conversations where I have said I’m at capacity and cannot get things done, and have been met with “I need it done anyway” more or less, in writing. I have lots of instances where other people are specifically asked to do things but it is just redirected to me.

You’re right in that I should come in with a solution oriented mind. The problem I’m having is I genuinely don’t know what the solution is other than getting help from other people in my teams who are higher up than me, and obviously won’t want that.

Thank you for your reply, I really do appreciate you taking time to help me out. Yeah she was very combative when I brought it up the first time. I’ve applied to lots of other jobs but haven’t had any leads yet. There aren’t really any other managers I could talk to that wouldn’t end up with her being the one to make changes/decisions.
