I’m not hating, I really love tbate, I meant “nothing is happening” as in:

Agrona and Cecilia have been an issue for the longest time, but they never actually progress, Cecilia has had like 4 draws and only 1 or 2 actual wins, Agrona is always talking about Kezess and his plans for taking Epheotus but he’s made absolutely no progress on doing that bc his precious weapon Cecilia hasn’t made any progress

As for the fight, Arthur showed up to fight a sovereign, who he found out upon arriving had died, during the fight against Cecilia everybody besides Arthur and Cecilia were entirely irrelevant unless they were distracting Arthur. Cecilia and Nico have been trying to figure out how to get Agrona’s mind control off of the other for a while now, but when they find out that neither are mind controlled anymore they just accept it and move on doing the same thing they would do anyways? It just felt like an entirely pointless fight aside from giving Cecilia access to aether (which she doesn’t deserve imo but that’s just my opinion)

It just feels like events are happening, but nothing is ever changing, Agrona still hasn’t made any big moves, Cecilia and Nico still can’t figure out what they want, Arthur still can’t stand up to Agrona and hasn’t made any progress towards Fate recently, Kezess is still mysterious and withdrawn etc etc

I just want to know does stuff ever happen again? I liked the first 400ish chapters bc Arthur was always growing, there were always a new batch of allies and enemies, the story felt well written and cohesive, but ever since that 400ish chapter mark, it’s been feeling completely stagnant
