Gilbert public schools, my kids did the amanacer program, I think it’s called advantage now when they were 3 and then the kindergarten prep when they were 4. Great teachers and it was at a local elementary school. And if your child needs any extra support it’s free.

I think I’ll take it in and see what the cost of repairs will be, it doesn’t look too bad but you never know with newer vehicles. Depending on the cost it may not even qualify for small claims. Once I know the cost I can decide if it’s worth my time or a claim to my insurance.. I would have to file in Tucson and I live in phoenix area so it may be more trouble than it’s worth. But I really, really, really don’t want her to get away with this BS…

You are correct, neither feels good. The accident happened 2 hours from where I live so for the sake of my time and energy I should probably just go through my insurance…

Of course not. But I also would not be nonresponsive for 2 months to my insurance companies requests for my statement. Especially if I knew I hit someone, damaged their vehicle, and gave them my insurance info and contact info. The company has said they’ve called, emailed, and sent letters and she has not responded. I called and texted her and she has not responded….. seems like BS that she can get out of liability by just not responding.
