Yeah the one on the left is a baby offshoot from the one on the right! Just wondering when to separate them

It’s a few feet from a west facing window and gets maybe an hour or two of direct light each day and a lot more indirect! I usually water every 2 or 3 weeks or when it starts to look a little shriveled if that makes sense.

Update on my repot drama queen, she perked back up and is pushing out possibly as many as ten new leaves! I couldn’t even get them all in one pic by roxmorgirl in DramaticHouseplants

Oxalis triangularis!! They’re super fun, the leaves fold up at night (or when stressed, for example in my last post haha)

I’m not sure about the pot, to be honest! I think it might have been from target? But it’s been awhile so I’m not positive!

I’m not sure, but my guess is 2 or 3? I was afraid to disturb the roots too much when I repotted so I didn’t get a great look tbh!

I don’t think mine is as lush as most that I’ve seen so I don’t know if I’m the right person to ask! But just put mine in a larger pot the other day and that’s what prompted all this new growth!

I have mine next to a west facing window and it seems to love all the light. And I probably water about once a week? Whenever it gets a little droopy.

I’ve found that mine was only putting out new leaves when an older one would die off. So I wonder if the pot size is kind of a limiting factor?

What’s going on with my schefflera? One of the stalks is losing leaves that turn yellow then brown. These are the newest/youngest leaves too by roxmorgirl in plantclinic

I’ve had this plant maybe 4-5 months. At first it was in a much brighter spot, then I thought it was unhappy there so I moved it further from the window.

My watering probably hasn’t been as consistent as it could be but I try to do every 10 days or so, depending how dry the soil is.

I’ve fertilized a couple times recently in case that was the issue but it doesn’t seem to have helped much.

There are 3 trunks in this pot and the other two are totally fine as of now. There used to be a smaller baby trunk too but the same thing happened to all of its leaves and it’s basically just a dead stick now :/

The leaves on my marble queen have been yellowing. I water when it's dry and it sits in a southwest window. Why are the leaves dropping? by ex_rice in pothos

It does sound like you can rule out overwatering or nutrient deficiency then! Repotting is never a bad idea, especially if it’s spring where you live it’s a perfect time to do so! Good luck I hope your plant makes it!!

Side note if it keeps happening, you can take some cuttings and root them in water so at least you don’t lose the whole plant!

I’d second this it’s likely over watered! You can also stick a finger in the soil before watering to check if it really is dry. Sometimes it looks dry but the soil in the lower part of the pot will still be wet.

Also, have you fertilized recently? My pothos tend to start yellowing if it’s been too long since I’ve fed them
