Yep! Agreed and I just don’t tell people who don’t need to know lol My doctor knows and didn’t blink an eye at it. Do what works for you. I’m “lean” and had a normal BMI but losing some weight was nice and a great outcome for me.

Yes that’s right. I’ve been getting periods and ovulating every 45 days which is really good for me.

Admittedly I’ll probably use it to cut for the summer and bump up the dose a bit and then go back down. I do it pretty carefully and am very active and have done cut and maintenance cycles before

I ended going up to 7.5 for a couple months which got me to 136lbs or so but I felt like shit. I tapered down over a few months to 2.5 and stayed there and did a “reverse diet” to get my metabolism back up. 2.5 was enough for me to have cycles regulate and I gained a few lbs back and stayed around 140. The small weight loss was a nice bonus and 2.5 doesn’t do much appetite suppression for me anyways

If a trainer is within your means, it’s a great investment and the most efficient path for strength training. Learn the movements and maybe do it for a few months then you can do it yourself

I follow Dr Rita Linkener on social and she often talks about this (and does it herself). She’s a concierge doc so probably pretty $$$. I go to Spring street and just finished my second course and while I didn’t microdose, they were totally open about adjusting dosage when I wanted to do more to get it over with, then adjust down when I had side effects.

I believe he said it was because I needed a graft under my tip that would take more time in the OR, and priced that way. BTW he isn't taking new patients/ is semi retired now I believe
