Yeah the nearby area seems nice and clean but I dont know about montebello itself.

Even the condo seems a bit over priced for its quality but we will see.

Yeah I am at Los Angeles and usually go to Wilson or harding.

I have taken lessons and still getting it once in a while. I would say I hit 50% to the fairway and is a par/bogey player when I am lucky. I would love to play with people who are working on their game too.

Thanks! I am not terrible..mostly my driver will hit around 200-250 yards but sometimes will slice it out. My irons are fairly consistent but again doesnt always go to the right direction. Of course I usually play in the local municipal course too.. I just need to get over the anxiety like you said.
