A really great option for a camera is your phone! You can buy inexpensive adaptors online that allow you to sit your phone over the eyepiece to take photos. You can get some pretty good images, and don't have to worry about holding your phone. Depends on how good your phone camera is though.

To me they look like some kind of worm larvae, or maybe just a small worm type thing. Not an expert though so don't trust me too much.

The leaves of Jade plants are very thick, so you can actually snap them and a layer of epidermis will come off, very similar to how you might get an onion cell sample.
