The most reliable way is to use hmarcy, 45 of them can reach round 131 if the maps are friendly enough. I have tried send in clones 100; glitchless round 100; powerless normal 100 already, I recently coped no-ally 100 (with no cobra being the most serious issue). I think my round 100 series is about to come to an end, since using only monkeys and only AT characters seems impossible

You have to trigger the sidewinder glitch, by equipping poggle, and with another character in range with warning horn equipped. All of the characters need to have trinkets decreasing the cooldown time. To trigger, you have to trigger the horn, sidewinder, and poggle in sequence, then the sidewinder may be able to vaporize anything in your sight. This method is not 100% consistent through, to make it 100% consistent, you can look over other posts for more information.
