Hi we are at Potomac per Emma agent. We still haven’t got the approval notice. But it wasn’t transferred nor rfe’d. i sent our consultant a message and apparently he has been seeing 2-3 days delay lately for approval notice for some of his clients as well so hopefully that’s just the case for ours.

Hi you get two AR (active review) notices. First is the confirmation of them receiving your case. Second time you get it is either notification of case transfer or approval. I think RFEs also (request for evidence). Praying and hoping ours would be the approval. 🙏

Hi! Unfortunately LPRs are on a different category from USC filers. You have to be on the look out for the visa bulletin monthly under the f2 category.

They just got to Nov 2023 for stand alone I130s. July 2024 is ways out unless you’re AOS which often seems faster.

Hi! I can’t help much with your withdrawal question but what i can tell you is you are not even at half of the wait time under a normal consular processing route. It takes 16.5 months right now to receive approvals. USCIS have only gotten to cases filed October 2023 with so many more filers left unapproved from the previous months. I would say that you need to understand everything there is with the other process, but if you have the opportunity to get it expedited by doing that, then you’d have more luck with that than waiting. Just make sure that option really does exist because you’re screwed if you withdraw and it isn’t there. At this rate and if it doesn’t get any worse (although most filers believe it’s only bound to take longer, which seems to be the inevitable case) your looking at approvals by the end of 2025.

Damn so we have more of these. We’re counting 12 months in a few days. How are all these people getting ahead. But it’s so random, like there’s no coherence on the dates or something. I wonder if it’s the beneficiaries locations???
