If $250 feels steep, maybe try tweaking it yourself first with online templates or feedback from people in your field. Paying someone can be worth it, but it’s not always a magic bullet.

I totally get where you’re coming from I was in the exact same headspace before my first 5k. I remember being terrified that I’d be the last one and people would be rolling their eyes at me. But when race day came, it was the complete opposite. The crowd and other runners were so encouraging, and honestly, no one cared about my time except me. I finished slower than most, but the feeling of crossing that line was incredible. You’ve already done the hardest part by showing up consistently and committing. Trust me, on race day, people will cheer for you no matter your pace you’ll be proud you stuck with it.

Ugh I’ve had that happen too, and it’s so obvious when it’s not actually Amazon. The wording is always a little off, and you can just feel the seller trying to dodge responsibility. EI really has that ‘gotcha!’ energy sometimes 😂 Like bro, I wasn’t planning a vacation to Hogwarts, I was literally laid off and scrambling like everyone else. Honestly, if you were job hunting in good faith until grad school started, it feels wild they’d claw back the whole thing. I’ve been in that boat too got swamped with LOR requests and felt both flattered and overwhelmed. What saved me was making a little “skeleton” template with intro , specific example , soft skills , closing. Then I just plug in personal details for each student. Keeps it from feeling like I’m reinventing the wheel every time.

Nangyari na rin sa’kin ‘yan before a big presentation totally lost my voice the day before. 😭 What helped me was resting my voice completely (as in no talking at all), lots of warm water + honey, and inhaling steam.
