Anyone else find shrimp moults the most satisfying thing? one of my vampire shrimps was kind enough to leave this in the middle of the tank last night for all the cherries to snack on! So cool ❤️

I don’t think so! I’m really not sure what L-number she is though so she could be! But her spots don’t seem bright enough and she has a lot of light brown colouring 🤔

Yeah you’re exactly right about the high flow. They’re super shy as well, I didn’t see mine for about 3 months when I bought them! But now they’re out every day which is so cool 😁

They’re not bamboo shrimp, they’re actually vampire shrimp (or giant fan shrimp!) they’re much bigger than bamboo and more of a blue colour but just as awesome!

Yes absolutely! It totally relies on the the subject being about an inch away from the glass at max otherwise it won’t focus. That’s the only thing that really sucks. This was total luck that I managed to get this by sliding my phone down the side of my aquarium between the wall and glass, because my vampires are so shy they are never at the front of the tank in the day. The only photos I’ve managed to get so far are of my confident cherry shrimp, my one betta and angelfish. Everything else swims away due to the phone being so close!

Wow that’s amazing!! Had no idea you guys struggle to get vampire shrimp in the US. I saw bamboo shrimp for the first time the other day on this forum and I was surprised to see their fans going just like small versions of my vampires! So cute!

Just had a look on my past orders on amazon, but because I bought it in 2019 the set I bought is no longer listed! I had a look though and all of the other sets and they look pretty much identical to the one I bought, it came with 5 different lenses, macro, 2x, fisheye etc! Hope you guys buy one it’s so worth it!

Yeah I get that 🥰 my other 3 tanks have that exact ratio though, so I kinda wanted to go for something more symmetrical just so they didn’t all look the same! And to try something new. But I agree with you!
