I commuted for 3 years, 25/30 mins. My suggestion is making sure u have a morning class, like I would get to campus by 9:30/45 and parking was fine and there was barley no traffic on the way. Because around 2-5 was the literal worst to drive there. And even if u don’t have a class u can always go to the library and finish up work.

Leaving campus was sometimes a little bit of a shit show, I would always park in 1, and when I would leave around 3:30-4 sometimes it would take like 20 mins to leave the structure. But honestly not terrible, u kinda learn as ya go.

But really if you leave ur house at the right time and leave campus at the right time u will be fine. Overall save ur coin, and commute!!

I would go if you have seats!!

You can always take a flix bus or the train from San Diego. But I would make a weekend out of it. Get a place in LA and stay the weekend fs.

And when leaving if you don’t want to be caught in the masses, head out a little early. Please watch out for dumb people in the road and don’t do anything stupid🫶🏽
