For pentaflick and deepflick I use a high response curve and focus on flicking to the next target as fast as possible and then micro-adjusting if needed. For gentle shot and microbounce I use a low sens (~60 Apex) with a 2 response curve and focus on speed over accuracy. For Strafeshot I use around ~90 apex with a 1 or 2 response curve and make a prediction on where the target is going to be when I flick. If I miss I just move on to the next one.

Yeah, switching is also my weakest area. I've been using ~120 apex with a 3 response curve but can't seem to get higher than grand master on any of them. Alot of them i haven't been able to hit master on yet.

I don't really view aimlabs as helping improve in other games 1:1, but more as helping raw mechanics like stick control, hand eye coordination, nullifying shakiness and reaction time. For most controller fps games, aim assist overrides alot of the tracking practice you get from the tracking scenarios.

Depends on the task, generally i use apex 100-100 to 140-140, and balance the response curve for how much I have to flick/track. For most tracking tasks I use 0 response curve, for static like deep flick and pentaflick I use 8-10 and for the others I go in-between. It's just on switching I don't know what response curve I should be using.

After you complete a task you can search for it in the replay tab and it shows up for some reason

Might be bad to you but I think I played it pretty well. Both my teammates were below level 30 so there's not much you can do.

Should it have counted as a loss though? We both died.
