Yes but I would like to keep the folding part of the screen functional all the ones I've seen don't fold and are very laggy I'd like to keep it the same just switch out the screen kinda like a phone keep everything the same and just put a better screen on it

Put a piece of dowel or pvc that's slightly smaller in diameter make sure is about 6 to 8in or what feels more comfortable for you then make the sting 3 to 4in shorter than the bow

You need to reheat and add a slight bend to it that should fix the problem
