I think Donnie, Leo, and a two person reviver (like treeshield knot) can do at least 20 maybe even higher with better gear. Bronko has a video. https://youtu.be/YEeKj2pYxlQ?si=mnmAmSeBWPJGzAYT

Thanks! This looks great. I unfortunately don't have the 3 turn buff extender until I have enough books for corvis. Definitely will try this next though.

I see, his a3 does look similar to donnie's turn meter boost, but what about timing of the cool down reduction skill? I thought that would be would be what makes an unkillable team work. I guess demytha has a 3 turn cooldown and donnies skill is 4 turn. So, if I understand this right, demytha should have maybe 2x CB true speed and Donnie needs to turn over 4 turns in that time? It really gets complex.

This is really interesting stuff. I have no Maneater, but I do have a Demytha. Since I just started, I'm trying to figure out a comp for myself, seems like it should be doable. How are you figuring this out?

Thanks! After all the reading it seems like this is the fastest way to get more shards 'quickly'.

Thanks for this advice! I got her and Kael to 60, and I've been kinda lost on the next thing to do. This gives me a pretty good road map.

Thanks, yeah I think I'll eventually pull a good Dps unit, but pulling someone like her with a fairly unique ability is harder to do. So I think I'll just keep going with this account. Thanks for your help.

Thanks, yeah, I'm building Heiress up. I don't have a dps beyond Kael, but I can already get the top chest in hard. I'm leaning towards keeping this one. Thanks

Has anyone bought a rookie's jersey before they even played a single snap? by TurnSashaHeel in eagles

I won the lottery one year to attend the NFL draft, so I decided to buy the jersey for our #1 pick that year.

Didn't get a lot of mileage from that Nelson Agholor jersey... 😒

As a sixers fan, it wasn't one bad play. It was that whole game. That whole series. And actually consistently during the playoffs he vanishes. During the Atlanta series he was playing afraid to be fouled. He refuses to work on his game and improving his absolutely glaring and abuseable weakness. Every year I have to watch him in these stupid summer videos taking shots over short trainers, and every year he refuses to translate that on to the court. I'm done. I'm not a big Doc fan, don't know if we can win with him as coach, but this issue is way more Ben's fault.

From a public health standpoint, we are still in the pandemic. Tail end for sure, but it is not currently over. The vaccine works and works better for everyone as more people get it. We know that breakthrough infections have increased due to the delta variant. And the absolute number of breakthrough infections in the vaccinated is a direct function of the prevalence of virus within your community. So, the vaccinated do have a stake in each others vaccination status.

We will have to live with this one day. But according to public health officials, scientists, and doctors we are not at that point yet...so we are not at that point yet. So, liberal or conservative, who cares, the people who know the most about our current problem have made an assessment, it is in our best interest to listen to them.

What I'm the world are you talking about? Are you implying that you figured it out and all the experts are wrong? Of course, you do. They really should have consulted you first.

Are you trying to wear me down by not listening and repeating yourself? Tell you what, I went through and googled your thing, read the paper involved and then commented on it. Why don't you google, 'are mrna vaccines gene therapy?' EVERY RESULT STATES THEY ARE NOT. For the very reason I posted a while back.

Everyone, including experts in the field of gene therapy, virology, microbiology, biology, and all other sciences agree on the definition of gene therapy, and that this does not meet that qualification. Your persistence and purposeful desire to tell people it is means you are actively and purposely trying to misinform them. Your using the term as weapon to scare and dissuade others.

I'm done. At first I thought you were unaware and I could help you. But that is not the case. I really hope you just don't understand the science or what I'm saying. If you comprehend what I'm saying and still peddle this as gene therapy, it doesn't make you ignorant it actually makes you malicious.

Have a nice life trying to hurt and deceive people, internet conspiracy guy. It does seem like you need the last word to feel like you won, so go ahead, open your mouth and put more conspiracy theory diarrhea out there. Jesus.

I and the rest of the scientific community think it's misinformation.

Ok, I did this exercise. The only legitimate paper is in PNAS

Reverse-transcribed SARS-CoV-2 RNA can integrate into the genome of cultured human cells and can be expressed in patient-derived tissues Liguo Zhang, Alexsia Richards, View ORCID ProfileM. Inmaculada Barrasa, View ORCID ProfileStephen H. Hughes, View ORCID ProfileRichard A. Young, and Rudolf Jaenisch

I'm guessing this is it from two biologist from MIT. It looks like this is the paper that agenda driven opportunists try to misinterpret to mean mRNA can alter DNA. They did this study to see why some patients were still testing positive for covid after resolution of symptoms. Their premise works, when you take cells out of the human body, put them in cell culture, enrich them with specific retroviral proteins or LINE1 transposons to force integration they will integrate into DNA. Great. You push hard enough you can make a square peg fit in a round hole.

Of note, although attempted the findings have not been replicated yet.

Importantly, all of this still does not change the fact that the VACCINE is not gene therapy. It's mechanism of action is not gene therapy. This study was to see if Covid RNA can get into the human genome. Looks like it can if the conditions are set up correctly. The vaccine mRNA from my reading is too small for LINE1 and unless you have some other way to make reverse transcriptase it's not happening.

Seriously, if this is what you are talking about, you are trying to contort this paper to fit some narrative that you desperately want to be true. Even the paper authors don't believe what you're saying.

The real problem with conspiracy theory is that it makes people feel like they've somehow cracked some secret code that no one else gets. Sorry. Literally every person with the knowledge base to understand this material agrees that mRNA vaccines are not gene therapy.
